From Nov. 19 to Nov. 21, the Fifteenth National CardiovascularThoracic Surgery Conference sponsored by China Medical Association and theChinese Society of Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery of China Medical Associationand co-organized by Xiamen Medical Association and the First AffiliatedHospital of Xiamen University was held in Xiamen International ConferenceCenter. Over 2300 medical scholars from all over the national gathered inXiamen, a beautiful city, and attended the once-a-year the largest-scale academicgrand meeting in the field of cardiovascular thoracic surgery.

MicroPort Kewei Took Part inExhibition

During the period of this conference, MicroPort®Kewei Medicalattended this conference as an exhibiting enterprise and Kewei set up a boothin the conference. The exhibited products included the extracorporalcirculation series products such as Membrane Oxygenation System and occluderseries products developed by Kewei. It received over 50 experts and doctors, andthe experts proposed some reconstructive opinions on the development of Keweiand product update.

MicroPort Kewei SatelliteConference Was Successfully Held

During the conference, MicroPort® Kewei successfully held asatellite conference with the theme of Clinical Case Analysis of KeweiCongenital Heart Disease Occluder. The conference invited cardiac surgeryexperts such as Zuo Jian from Xi’an Xijing Hospital, Cao Hua from Fujian XieheHospital, Xie Qi from Fujian Provincial Hospital, and Ma Tao from GeneralHospital of Guangzhou Military Command to give lectures and they gave aninsightful explanation of the good performance of Kewei occluders and obtainedthe recognition of over 160 experts present, which laid a certain foundationfor the marketing of Kewei occluders.

This conference stablized the social status of MicroPort® Kewei inthe undertaking of extracorporal circulation. In the meantime, occluder seriesproducts were released through the satellite conference, which played an activerole in establishing a brand that belongs to both patients and doctors.
