Ltd. , a joint venture founded by Dong Guan Medicine Head Office and the Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese People’s Liberation Army in 1993, is a professional company in researching, manufacturing product and sales of the extracorporeal circulation medical apparatus. To respond the national corporation reform such as the transformation from Military technology to civil form and other relevant policies carried out, we has finished all the reforms. And now, the company has established a set of modern and scientific running mechanism, with the clearly definitions of ownership and management power and responsibility, the separation of enterprise from administration, and the scientific management.

The main product in our company is Oxygenators (artificial lung), which can substitute the human lung under extracorporeal circulation condition during heart straight-view OPS, with the relevant accessories such as Venous Reservoir Systems, Blood filter for Micro embolism and Extracorporeal Blood Circuit, which can be divided into three categories. By the end of June 2006, we had already passed the authentication from the State Food and Drug Administration Authorization for the following 11 kinds of outer body cycle medical treatment devices: Bubble Oxygenator、Membrane Oxygenator、 Hollow Fiber Blood Ultrafiltrator 、Venous Reservoir Systems for Single Use 、Bloodfilter for Microembolism 、Extracorpored Blood Circuit、Cardiotomy Irrigator 、Venous Cannulae 、Arterial Cannulae 、Intracordial Sucker 、Extracordial Sucker; and also 15 kinds of interventional therapy devices, such as Patent Ductus Arteriosus Occluder (PDA), Artrial Septal Defect Occluder (ASD), Tracheal Tuble and Gas-Filter．

We have our own independent intellectual property rights and now we have got 2 invention patents, 5 practical new type patents and 8 appearance design patents. We took the leader in getting the ISO9002: 1994 Quality Administration Certification and Product Certification among brother companies in this field in June 2001. And we were honored as the new hi-tech enterprise in Guangdong Province in May 2002 and got the new version of ISO9001: 2000 Quality Administration in 2003. And at the same year, the bubble oxygenator production passed China Compulsory Certification (CCC). Since we got the State Scientific and Technical Achievement Appraisal Certificate for XiJing -87 model Bubble Oxygenator in 1989, it and other devices, such as XiJing -2000 model Venous Reservior Systems (Inner heart blood recovery device), are adopted by over 400 hospitals for clinic usage. In a word, over 200,000 sets of the devices have been put into practice, which firmly proves the best reliability and quality of our product.

The workshop in our company covers 10,000 square meter with class-100k environment taken up 1800 square meters, assistant cleanness workshop of 2000 square meters and the storeroom of 2000 square meters. Our total fixed assets such as purification facility, injection molding machine, EQ sterilization cabinet, are around 21,000,000 RMB. The well equipped hardware in the workshop enables us to produce as many as 50 thousand sets of the oxygenation device and their accessory products annually. Besides that, we have 46 staffs (over 30%) holding of bachelor's, 30 technicians (over 20%) who are directly involve in technical jobs, with 10 technicians of high-level titled professional and 15 technicians of medium-lever’s . Our technicians and staffs have acquired master professional knowledge and rich experience in the field of the extracorporeal circulation medical treatment device production for many years. To continuously meet market's need, we have developed Membrane Oxygenator, Interventional Support, Hollow Fiber Blood Ultrafiltrator and many other new products in recent years. We also cooperated with domestic colleges and universities, hospitals to do many new technologies researches such as Macromolecule Material Heparinization, Organ Transplant Antibody Test Box, and Left Side of Heart Assistant Pump Device and so on.
